Grievance Redressal Mechanism
IIIT Agartala has established a grievance redressal mechanism to address the concerns of students, faculty, and staff in a fair and timely manner.
Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
The SGRC is constituted as per UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations and handles grievances related to:
- Academic matters (results, attendance, evaluation)
- Financial matters (fees, scholarships)
- Infrastructure and facilities
- Harassment and discrimination
How to Submit a Grievance
- Try to resolve the issue informally with the concerned faculty member or department.
- If unresolved, submit a written complaint to the SGRC through the Academic Section.
- The SGRC will acknowledge within 7 working days and resolve within 30 working days.
